This high altitude green tea was grown in Guizhou, hand harvested and picked pre-Qingming festival. With the one bud, one leaf picking, this tea is also referred to as the “fish hook” tea as the leaves are shaped to resemble tiny hooks. The leaves are green with little silver hairs.
