Cold Brewed Tea
Cold brew tea is made by steeping leaves in cold water for hours, creating a smooth and refreshing drink, especially perfect in spring and summer.

What you’ll need
- 15g Passenger Tea
- Gram Scale
- Jar or Pitcher
- Strainer
- Filtered Water
Brewing Instructions
- Dose 15g of tea into a jar or pitcher.
- Fill with 680g of cold, filtered water
- Make sure the tea is fully submerged before covering and place in a cool place, ideally a refrigerator.
- Steep for 24 hours.
- Decant, strain, and enjoy!
- Store in the refrigerator and serve within 2 - 5 days.
Note: This recipe is our current preferred recipe for cold brewing and a great starting point for all teas. We encourage experimenting with dose and steep time to achieve your desired flavors and preferences!
